Assistant Attorneys General (“AAGs”) are required to prosecute criminal cases and litigate civil cases in Illinois State and Federal courts. Medicaid cases relate to fraud on the Medicaid system, the abuse and neglect of long-term care facility residents and the litigation of civil qui tam cases in state and federal court. Candidates must maintain working relationships with court officials and client agencies.
