Job Opportunity: PTP Associate (Procure-to-Pay) Location: Nashville, TN 37201 Pay Rate: $21.86/hr (W2 + Full Benefits after 60 days) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Overtime: Expect 5–10 hours of OT per week starting in May



The Opportunity Step into a pivotal role within a world-renowned media and entertainment giant. This organization manages an expansive portfolio of iconic brands—from legendary film studios to top-tier streaming services and global television networks. As a PTP Associate, you will be an essential member of a high-functioning, global Procure-to-Pay team with presence in the US, Europe, and Australia.

Responsibilities

• Invoice & PO Monitoring: Oversee purchase order and invoice tracking for both production and non-production vendors using SAP and Ariba.
  
  
• Operational Oversight: Navigate invoice error resolution queues within third-party scanning tools and enterprise systems to ensure accuracy.
  
  
• Internal Triage & Support: Utilize ServiceNow (internal "RampUp" tool) to resolve inquiries from vendors and internal business partners regarding payment status and PO corrections.
  
  
  
  
• Financial Maintenance: Research and assist with the recovery of credit balances and resolve differences in aged invoices or purchase orders.
  
  
  
  
• Global Collaboration: Partner closely with internal tech, treasury, and global PTP teams to provide high-quality service and identify process improvements.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred (comparable professional experience will be considered).
  
  
• Professional Experience: 1+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a high-volume Customer Service environment.
• AP Proficiency: A solid understanding of the PO lifecycle, invoice evaluation, and financial management principles.
• Microsoft Office: strong skills in Outlook and Word are essential.Excel Mastery: Ability to perform basic spreadsheet analysis (VLOOKUPs and formulas) is highly valued for data manipulation.Systems (Nice to Have): Prior exposure to SAP, Oracle, or Ariba is a significant advantage.
