Responsibilities
Job Summary
- Oversee daily quality and sanitation testing to ensure food safety and adherence to customer specifications.
- Maintain meticulous records according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Ensure audit readiness and drive continuous improvement in environmental sanitation programs.
- Champion a strong food safety culture, ensuring compliance with SQF, FDA, and USDA regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Compliance: Perform final product approval checks to ensure all specifications are met.
- Data Analysis: Identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and communicate findings related to processing data.
- Process Oversight: Assess food safety and quality systems daily, including raw materials, equipment calibration, and analytical testing.
- Issue Resolution: Manage basic quality concerns independently while escalating complex problems to senior management.
