Job Title: Picker / Packer (Full-Time) We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Picker / Packer to join our warehouse team! If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and take pride in ensuring customers get exactly what they ordered, we want to hear from you.

The Schedule

• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Days: Monday through Friday
• Status: Full-Time
• Weekends: Off (Enjoy your Saturdays and Sundays!)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Picker / Packer, you are the final link between our inventory and our customers. Your main goal is accuracy and efficiency.

• Picking: Locating items in the warehouse using pick sheets or handheld scanners.
• Packing: Securely boxing items, ensuring they are protected for transit.
• Quality Control: Verifying that the items picked match the order in terms of quantity and quality.
• Labeling: Printing and applying shipping labels accurately.
• Organization: Assisting in keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred. Familiarity with scanning systems or inventory management is a major plus.
• Efficiency: Ability to meet daily quotas while maintaining high accuracy.
• Physical Stamina: Comfort standing/walking for the duration of an 8-hour shift and lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Reliability: You show up on time and ready to work.
• Team Spirit: A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.
