Hudson Valley Breads is a micro sourdough bakery rooted in slow fermentation, thoughtful craftsmanship, and a deep love for bread. We’re looking for someone who finds joy in working with their hands and being part of the rhythm of a working bakery.

This is a hands-on role in a shared commissary kitchen where every task matters. You’ll be part of the full process—from flour to finished loaf—and an environment that values both craft and care. Upon hiring, the candidate must obtain the ServSafe Food Handler Certificate
