As the Property Manager (PM), your primary responsibilities include:

• Leading by example and setting standards consistent with our core values and culture.
• Inspiring the team to execute sales, marketing, and operational activities effectively to achieve occupancy and customer retention goals.
• Managing the property's financial performance within the established budget.
• Coaching all team members to understand their contributions to the overall success.
• Providing timely and accurate financial and operational reports to clients and ownership groups.
• Cultivating strong relationships with owners, residents, employees, and vendors.
• Staying knowledgeable about the competitive marketplace and guiding the team in differentiating the community.
• Implementing marketing strategies to position the community as a desirable living destination.
• Creating an environment that ensures consistent guest satisfaction and outstanding customer reviews.
• Fostering the professional growth of team members through training and development opportunities.
