Taekwondo Instructor / Assistant Instructor

Korea Taekwondo is a growing martial arts school in Dublin, Ohio, offering both part-time and full-time teaching opportunities.

This is a great opportunity for black belt teens, college students, young adults, and experienced instructors who want to stay involved in Taekwondo while helping children build focus, confidence, respect, and discipline.

Part-time Assistant Instructor positions are currently the primary need, and strong candidates may also be considered for full-time Instructor opportunities as our school continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead instructors during children’s Taekwondo classes
• Help students stay focused and follow directions
• Support drills, warm-ups, and basic demonstrations
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and energetic class environment
• Help with simple setup and cleanup before and after class
• Represent the school in a professional and dependable manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Taekwondo experience preferred
• Black belt strongly preferred
• Martial arts teaching or class assistant experience is a plus
• Comfortable working with children
• Energetic, dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Able to move actively during class

Schedule

Part-time availability is especially needed Monday through Thursday, typically between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Saturday hours are typically 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, depending on class needs.

Full-time Instructor opportunities may be available for candidates with stronger teaching experience, leadership ability, and long-term availability.

Pay

$13.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience, Taekwondo background, teaching ability, professionalism, reliability, and overall fit.

Assistant-level candidates typically start at the lower end of the pay range. More experienced and qualified instructor candidates may be considered at a higher rate.
