Digital Marketing Specialist

Since 1993, iWorx Systems has been a leader in the scientific community, providing innovative tools for research and education. We are a small dynamic team looking for a creative and talented individual to design digital ads, run the company’s website, and manage social media.

The Role:

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be the creative engine behind the iWorx brand. You’ll have the autonomy to manage our website, lead our social media strategy, and design high-impact visuals across print and digital platforms.

Core Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and produce engaging content for monthly email campaigns, targeted blasts, and social media channels.
• Conceptualize and produce professional marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, digital ads, logos, and event signage.
• Serve as the primary manager of the iWorx website, handling updates, routine maintenance, and content troubleshooting.
• Partner closely with the sales team to ensure all marketing initiatives align with and support our revenue goals.
• Lead product photography and asset management to maintain a modern, high-quality brand aesthetic.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Associate's degree considered) in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (equivalent professional experience also welcomed).
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to design for both print and digital media.

Compensation: Starting at $50,000+ (Commensurate with experience)
