The Role * You'll be supported by a Senior Project Manager and receive structured mentoring. Key responsibilities include: * Establishing projects by appointing consultants, producing feasibility studies, overseeing statutory processes, and advising on procurement strategies. * Managing the construction phase with oversight of QA/risk, financial reporting, budget and cost control, programming, defects management, remedial works, and project reporting. * Leading stakeholder engagement and chairing project meetings. About You You will have: * A construction consultancy or client-side background. * 3 - 5+ years of NZ-based project management experience across vertical sectors such as commercial, industrial, high-rise residential, healthcare, or education. * A relevant tertiary qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, or Engineering. * Strong leadership qualities, a proactive attitude, and genuine passion for project delivery. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong industry relationships and establish your professional brand.
