Full-service painting and surface company specializing in interior/exterior residential, commercial, and industrial painting, cabinet refinishing/refacing, and granite & quartz countertop sales and installation.

Position Overview:
Commission-only Sales Representatives needed who can hit the ground running with little or no training. Candidates should have proven success selling painting, cabinet refacing/refinishing, and countertops, able to generate leads, perform on-site estimates, present proposals, and close sales independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, follow up, and maintain a sales pipeline
• Conduct on-site consultations and accurate measurements
• Prepare and present professional proposals and quotes
• Close deals and meet/exceed sales targets
• Coordinate job schedules and handoffs with operations
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and follow-up
• Track sales activity in our CRM

Requirements:

• Proven experience in painting, cabinets, countertops, or closely related trades
• Ability to start immediately and work independently with minimal training
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Professional, clean-cut appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation and punctuality for on-site visits
• Ability to read basic plans/measurements and provide accurate estimates
• Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused

Compensation:

• Commission-only (percentage discussed during interview)
• Typical earnings for experienced reps in this area vary; many earn between $65,000 and $250,000+ annually depending on performance
