Project Superintendent – Construction
Location: Oxford, CT area

A growing and well-established construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead on-site operations for commercial and multifamily construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and running safely.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage all day-to-day on-site construction activities
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades
• Maintain project schedules, manpower, and material flow
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specs, and quality standards
• Enforce job site safety and company procedures
• Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects moving forward
• Communicate with Project Managers, clients, and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in construction
• Experience with commercial or multifamily projects preferred
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Proven leadership managing subcontractors and job sites
• Solid understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics
• OSHA certification is a plus
