Order Puller (Yard Associate)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Some Saturdays may be Required - 7:30 AM - Noon
Location: Indian Orchard, MA
Pay: Based on experience and required licenses
About the Role
Koopman Lumber is hiring an experienced, reliable, hands-on Order Puller to support yard operations and ensure customer orders are pulled accurately and on time. This is a physical, fast-paced role working with lumber and building materials.
- Pull, stage, and load customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers and drivers in the yard with professionalism and urgency
- Operate forklifts and yard equipment (training provided)
- Receive and put away incoming materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard
- Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements:- Working knowledge of lumber and building materials (required)
- Yard, warehouse, or building materials experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Forklift experience (or willingness to become certified)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly (heavier with assistance)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to stay active throughout the day (standing, lifting, moving materials)
