Associate Attorney

HIRING: ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY & SUPERVISING ATTORNEY

Great opportunity for an experienced attorney who wants to get out of the stress/pressure of handling a full caseload and court appearances.

Dubail Judge, P.C. is looking to add experienced Attorneys to our Team. We are a small firm with a family-oriented feel, serving mainstream American people with their legal needs. These positions do not require carrying a case load or making court appearances.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Associate attorney who wants to get out of the stress and pressure of handling a full caseload and court appearances, or for a Supervising attorney looking for an opportunity to widen their experience with exciting potential for advancement within the firm. We are looking for the right candidates who want to work in a relaxed environment and can be engaging and professional over the phone.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls and returning calls in a timely manner

Identify and assess client’s legal issues and document their concerns

Review documents and contracts

Draft letters and documents for clients

Give advice on business and legal transactions

Assist clients in determining a proper solution to legal conflicts and determining the best course of action

Handling a wide range of traffic issues

Perform legal research and give general counsel

Qualifications:

1-5 years' experience practicing law

License/Certification: Missouri Bar license (Required)

No public discipline on your record for the last 10 years

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 apps including Word, Outlook, SharePoint & Teams

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Organizational skills

Strong customer service skills

Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team

Strong analytical and research skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail

Ability to ask pertinent questions, actively listen to answers, and synthesize information to formulate advice based on sound judgment

Experience in probate law is a plus

Job Schedule:

Full-time

8-hour shift

Monday to Friday

No weekends

Compensation: (depending on experience)

Work Location: office located in Maryland Heights, MO 63146
