Job Duties: Workers will primarily perform the following duties: Assisting with planting operations, including handling, loading, and preparation of seed and fertilizer Supporting fertilizer application activities and operating or assisting with application equipment Assisting with harvesting operations, including grain handling and coordination of field activities Performing general agricultural labor related to crops Conducting routine maintenance, cleaning, and preparation of agricultural equipment and machinery Workers may also perform incidental truck driving duties to transport agricultural inputs and harvested crops between fields, storage locations, and application sites as part of normal farming operations. These driving duties are secondary and supportive and do not constitute the primary function of the position.

Special Requirements: Minimum of 3 months of prior related experience is required. Employees must lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds and may be exposed to extreme temperatures. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience, and the employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits at the employers sole discretion. Skill Level II Experienced Level. Pursuant to the Interim Final Rule implementing the four-level wage system for H-2A occupations, this position requires prior related experience, independent judgment in performing recurring tasks, and the ability to work with limited supervision. The employer reserves the right to withhold the applicable housing deduction as permitted under program regulations when approved and disclosed in the job order.
