Position Summary:
We are seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a positive classroom environment, support children’s development, and build strong relationships with families.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lessons
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress
• Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies
• Work collaboratively with other staff members
• Assist with meals, diapering, and/or toileting as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous childcare experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Pay:
$13 per hour
