Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Assistant Teacher or Teacher-qualified individual to join our team in a flexible, part-time role. This position is not dependent on set hours, making it ideal for someone looking for supplemental or as-needed work in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Support classroom teachers with daily routines and activities
• Engage children in play-based, nature-focused learning
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
• Build positive, respectful relationships with children and staff
• Step in as needed—flexibility and teamwork are essential

Qualifications:

• Assistant Teacher or Teacher qualified (per MN Rule 3)
• Passion for early childhood and nature-based education
• Flexible availability and strong reliability
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Previous childcare experience preferred
