Restaurant Staff

Overview
New Italian restaurant and pizzeria located in Fort Mill, SC seeking staff.

We are looking to fill multiple roles:

Servers, Hostess, Counter, Pizza Man, Line Cook, Dishwasher

Part time and full time available. Salary DOE/Negotiable/Tip Based

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service to enhance their dining experience
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency
• Serve food and beverages promptly while upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, handling food safely, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service during busy hours
• Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a welcoming environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments
• Familiarity with POS system Toast for order processing and reservations
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
• Experience with serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or cashiering is highly desirable
• Culinary or kitchen experience enthusiasm for hospitality is essential
