Description

Pennyrile Forest State Resort Park is a nature-lovers paradise featuring our white sand beach. The resort is in Dawson Springs, Kentucky’s first certified Trail Town. Pennyrile Forest State Resort Park is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor II. We offer a combination of lodge rooms and cottages. The park also features an 18-hole golf course and campground. Clifty Creek Restaurant has a beautiful view that overlooks Pennyrile Lake.

The Housekeeping Supervisor II is a skilled team member, providing expertise in the housekeeping and laundry department. As the leader of the housekeeping department, your duties would include training others and being the vital link of information on the needs of the park, so it can operate efficiently.

Position Duties:

• Supervision of all housekeeping staff including scheduling, hiring, and payroll.
• Ordering and inventorying supplies.
• Ensuring thoroughly cleaned lobby, meeting room, and overnight accommodations.
• Deliver the most pleasant experience for our guests.
• Enforce departmental rules, regulations, and policies.

Probationary Period

This job has an initial and promotional probationary period of 6 months, except as provided in KRS 18A.111.
