Ophelia's Pizza + Bar is looking for a server to join our dynamic team.

Ideal candidates will need to be knowledgeable, work well in a high-volume and fast paced environment, and have a polite and friendly attitude. We’re looking for people who have a willingness to learn the details of our continually evolving menu, work with other service staff as a tight-knit team while implementing our “There Is Only We” company culture, and have a passion for interacting with guests. Responsibilities include:

Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order adhering to steps ofserviceComplete and comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menus is mandatory, including daily features, wine, beer, and craft cocktails.

Answer questions or make recommendations about our food and beverage menu specific to guest experience

Take orders, issue bills, and accept payment using our POS system

Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements include:

Friendly, hospitable, and professional demeanor

A willingness to continually elevate service standards and desire to improve personal food and beverage knowledge is required.

Organized, quick thinking, and adept at multitasking.Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Experience in fine dining/upscale dining.

Knowledge of health codes and food safety rules Our servers must have day and night availability, along with weekend and holiday availability.
