The Accreditation & Assessment Operations Specialist supports the Assistant Provost for Accreditation & Assessment by coordinating institutional assessment processes, curriculum compliance procedures, academic program review operations, and creating systems for accreditation documentation

This position is responsible for managing the operational infrastructure that supports academic program assessment, academic and administrative unit assessment, and regional accreditation compliance (SACSCOC) while developing workflows and resources to support the processes.

The specialist ensures that processes are developed and organized, documentation is maintained, meetings and trainings are effectively scheduled, compliance materials are updated and filed, and communication workflows are streamlined across academic and administrative units.

This role requires strong organizational leadership, attention to detail, institutional knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and university leadership.


Job Requirements:

  • A baccalaureate degree with at least three years of professional-level experience managing projects and assessing programs or support offices.
  • At least five years of experience in higher education, maintaining documentation, and data management.

  • Strong project management and technology skills.

  • Ability to interpret policy and procedural guidelines.

  • High level of discretion when handling sensitive information
    Strong written and organizational skills.




Additional Information:


Salary Range: $40,000 - $45,000
