The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team. This role is the backbone of our daily operations, keeping treatment rooms running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with check in and room patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure
• Prepare treatment rooms and set up supplies for injectable, laser, and skin care procedures
• Assist providers during aesthetic treatments and procedures as needed
• Document patient information, treatment notes, and consent forms accurately in the EMR system
• Manage patient follow-up communications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked clinical environment at all times
• Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions and recommended skincare products
• Support inventory management, including tracking clinical supplies
• Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries with professionalism and care
• Assist with front-desk administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

Required:

• Current Medical Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited program or the willingness to pursue certification
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred:

• Previous experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery
• Familiarity with aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, and laser procedures
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and patient scheduling software
• Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and brands
