Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
The ability to respond respectfully and effectively to students, community agency field partners, and faculty and staff demonstrating excellent. Must demonstrate professional oral and written communication skills; proficient use of Microsoft office, Excel spreadsheets, Google Drive, online meeting systems, and program-specific software; outstanding organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to accurately manage large amounts of paper and electronic data; flexibility; the capacity to make independent judgments, critically problem solve, collaborate with internal and external partners (metro area field admin staff and School of Health admin staff); manage complex tasks, adhere to timeline’s, and prioritize work; the ability to manage online meetings and event planning; integrity to keep information confidential, demonstrate ability to work as a team player as well as the ability to exercise independent thinking. Knowledge of the social work program and social services is a strength for this position. Demonstrate proficiency to utilize and navigate with these admin skills and systems: Word, Excel, Publisher, Google (e-mail, Google docs Google forms, calendar) Collage, PowerPoint, PDF, Banner, Kateway, D2L, Registrar, Online meeting systems (Zoom & Google)
