JOB SUMMARY: Determine and meet customer needs, and coordinate with sales representatives and internal departments to meet these needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Answer customer inquiries in a prompt, professional manner.
2. Provide customer service and customer satisfaction with respect to request for quotation, order entry, expediting, shipping and documentation.
3. Determine the appropriate Plascore product suitable for the customer’s application.
4. Perform contract review on standard products and assist in contract review of non-standard products.
5. Assist in analyzing customer requirements and devising appropriate solutions to customer application issues.
6. Follow up on RFQ’s to obtain orders or obtain reason for loss.
7. Update customer contact information on Plascore’s contact management system.
8. Manage samples in sample room.
9. Coordinate trade shows as assigned.
10. Assist in updating measures on sales performance and analyzing trends.
11. Participate in improving our product, processes, equipment, and methods.
12. Handle internal and external questions in a prompt, professional manner.
13. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
14. Continually look for ways to improve job efficiency and performance.
15. Perform all reasonably related duties as assigned.
GENERAL EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Work Experience: Two to three years progressively more responsible experience.
General Educational Development: A level of knowledge equivalent to that ordinarily acquired through completion of high school in order to prepare records and reports, perform calculations, and deal effectively with others.
