JOB TITLE: Technical Support Technician (Security Camera Systems)

What You’ll Be Doing (Your Day-to-Day)

• Get hands-on with our security camera products and learn how everything works
• Provide technical support primarily through phone calls, helping customers troubleshoot issues and setting up systems
• Explain technical problems in a simple, easy-to-understand way for customers of all experience levels
• Run product demos and provide training to customers and the sales team
• Test and evaluate cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related equipment
• Build and configure custom PC-based DVR systems based on customer needs
• Work closely with internal teams to solve problems quickly and keep things moving

*What Makes You a Great Fit *

• Associate degree or above
• Experience in B2B sales is preferred
• Experience in security, low-voltage, electronics, or distribution sales is a plus
• Organized and able to manage multiple accounts

Salary Range: $48,000 - $60,000
