The foundation of the practice is focused on doing what is right for the patient, the employee and the provider. The staff is coached to make the surgeon’s life easy and allow them to practice at their highest purpose without headache. There is no cap to what a provider can make within this practice and each one of the practices’ markets have excess demand due to reputation. We are seeking a candidate who has a practice builder mentality and is hungry to not only succeed, but grow as an oral surgeon. The practices are very busy ($3M production per surgeon) and ready for a motivated candidate to jump in and be successful immediately.

• Full-time opportunity (4-5 days/week)
• Competitive compensation ($600k-$1M+ year one)
• Multi location practice between the northern Metro of Detroit through Bay City
