Additional Job Details

  • Manages all aspects of programs for key customer account.
  • Maintain strong working relationships and communication with key account customers, including onsite visits and tours.
  • Monitors BOM and order entry with high level of accuracy.
  • Track program deliverables using appropriate tools.
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the program to all stakeholders.
  • Managing customer open orders daily with focus on maintaining green customer scorecard.
  • Work with Supply Chain to verify all components arrive prior to start of production and that customer dates are met.
  • Verify SO/PO receipt from Customer and use this to trigger operational actions.
  • Transact any operations required with respect to sales order/PO management within internal ERP system and customer systems including IFS, SAP, Fiori, and salesforce.
  • Verify R & D approval completed prior to start of operational activities.
  • Establish and/or verify current work instructions.
  • Monitor pilots and trials for customers and ensure learnings translated to MAP as required to achieve the best results.
  • Ensure all pilots and line trials are scheduled and managed in Salesforce.
  • Manage tracking of pilots and line trials including costs to the customer.
  • Monitor customer chargebacks and report to internal stakeholders.
  • Establish operational ship date and monitor for completion.
  • Create weekly S&OP documents and lead discussions with customers.
  • Maintain forecasts provided by customers within internal ERP system to support internal S&OP.
  • Assist in managing volume allocation through capacity understanding.
  • Participation in Account Management Team Meetings as well as internal cross-functional meetings.
  • Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations, and tables.
  • Participate in post program assessment of results.
  • Monitor quality of customer products.
  • Maintain Alene standards of performance and comply with housekeeping, safety policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Customer Relations Director and VP.

Education required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum of Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.

Range of Experience:

  • Four (4) years demonstrated program or operational management experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Computer Skills – Proficient in software skills including Microsoft Office, Access, Outlook. SAP a plus.
