Your Impact: Beyond the Spreadsheet As a core member of our operations, you won't just manage tasks—you’ll architect efficiency. In this role, you will:

• Optimize Global Procurement: Source and negotiate for critical raw materials, building resilient supplier partnerships that ensure our production never misses a beat. 
• Master the Master Schedule: Develop dynamic production plans that balance demand forecasts with capacity, ensuring every customer order is met with precision. 
  
  
• Drive Data-Led Insights: Analyze inventory turns and supply trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and scale our supply chain reliability. 
  
  
• Champion System Integrity: Maintain the "source of truth" within ERP/MRP systems, streamlining workflows from procurement to the manufacturing floor.
  
  
  
  

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: 4+ years of success in buying, production planning, or supply chain analysis, ideally within a manufacturing environment. 
  
  
• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience navigating complex ERP/MRP systems (such as SAP or NetSuite). 
  
  
• Analytical Mindset: A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering and a passion for solving complex operational puzzles. 
  
  
• Precision: An unwavering eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a vibrant, fast-paced setting.
