GENERAL MANAGER – ROHRMAN TOYOTA

This is a legacy store.

Mr. Rohrman’s first new car franchise.
The second Toyota store in the state of Indiana.

If that doesn’t mean anything to you, this isn’t your job.

We are not replacing failure.

This role is open because we elevated our leadership.
Now we’re looking for the next one.

THE SCOREBOARD

  • 210 units/month
  • 100% absorption
  • +10% annual CP RO growth

This isn’t theory. This is the standard.

If you’ve never run numbers like this, this isn’t your learning ground.

ATTRACT. RETAIN. DEVELOP. LEAD.

  • Attract people better than you
  • Retain the ones worth building around
  • Develop leaders, not just salespeople
  • Lead from the front, not from the office

  • Work the showroom
