Do you have a strong background in customer service and administrative, clerical, or prior sales support experience? THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking an Inside Sales Support Rep who is a highly organized and efficient professional who can wear multiple hats throughout the workday while prioritizing the most important tasks at hand.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enter and process new orders for sales and purchasing
• Checking data accuracy in orders
• Expedite requests for rush orders and update sales orders and shipping data as needed
• Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
• Communicate with the sales team and clients to obtain any missing information or answer queries
• Payment processing, Send invoices, and tracking
• Quoting House accounts
• Perform data entry duties about sales figures, metrics, and other key data
• Provide administrative assistance to executives and management team members as required
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good customer service experience
• Excellent communication: both written and verbal skills – English
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly
• An ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• A team player with a high level of dedication
• Proficient with common computer programs, including Microsoft Office
• Quick to learn
• Work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate preferred but not required
• High school diploma/GED Required

HOURS, PAY, AND BENEFITS:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Onsite in Medina, MN
• $24-26/HR, depending on qualifications
• Contract to Hire
