Positions Available

We are currently hiring for:

• Servers
• Bartenders
• Bussers

Compensation

• Servers/Bartenders: Tipped positions (competitive earnings based on experience and volume)
• Bussers: Hourly + tip-out

Responsibilities:

Servers

• Provide attentive, engaging service to guests
• Maintain strong and accurate knowledge of menu items and all allergens
• Clearly and consistently communicate with kitchen staff regarding orders and dietary restrictions
• Manage multiple tables in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with inventory management and placing grocery/dry goods orders
• Work closely with support staff and bartenders
• Pack pick-up and delivery orders efficiently and accurately
• Reset and maintain tables (and bar when needed)

Bartenders

• Prepare cocktails efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, and flavor profiles
• Engage with guests at the bar and contribute to overall service on the floor
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
• Assist in developing new cocktail offerings
• Handle inventory management and place bar orders
• Complete daily prep, including batching, garnishes, and bar setup
• Perform well under high-volume service while maintaining consistency and quality
• Pack pick-up and delivery orders efficiently and accurately
• Reset and maintain bar (and tables when needed)

Bussers

• Reset and maintain tables quickly and efficiently
• Support servers and bartenders
• Keep the dining room clean and organized
• Assist in creating a smooth guest experience

All Positions

• Accurately pack and organize to-go orders
• Be willing and able to support all FOH roles when needed
• Participate in end-of-night cleaning and closing duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout shifts
• Be able to lift and carry at least 30 lbs
• Arrive on time and ready to work for all scheduled shifts

Experience Requirements:

• Bussers: No experience required (willing to train the right candidate)
• Servers/Bartenders: Min. 1–2+ years of restaurant experience required
• Bartenders must have strong cocktail and spirits knowledge

• Punctuality and reliability are essential
• Last-minute call-outs are not acceptable except in genuine emergencies
• Team members are expected to respect their schedules and coworkers

Schedule & Availability

• Day, night, and weekend shifts available
• Weekend availability is strongly preferred
