Lu Engineers is currently seeking qualified candidates to join our construction inspection team for highway and bridge projects throughout New York State including the NYC area.

We currently have needs in Buffalo, Batavia, Rochester, Syracuse, Utica, Albany, and Elmira/Corning.

Qualified candidates will fill Construction Inspector (NICET I/II), Senior Inspector (NICET III), Chief Inspector (NICET IV), Resident Engineer (NICET IV) and Office Engineer (NICET III/IV) positions, in NYSDOT Regions 2, 3 and 4 along with local municipalities throughout New York. Previous experience with construction inspection of NYSDOT heavy highway and bridge construction projects or similar is preferred. NICET certifications are preferred but not required. Certifications such as ACI Concrete Field Testing, ATSSA, NETTCP Soil & Aggregate, NACE Level 1, SSPC C-1 are desired. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
