We are looking for an experienced Office/HR assistant for our Part-Time roll in Rome, New York! This position is 20 hours per week.

Part Time HR Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $20.00 /hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Supports day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
• Assists with recruitment tasks such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications
• Helps onboard new employees by preparing paperwork, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Assists in processing payroll updates, tracking attendance, and managing leave records

Part Time HR Assistant Qualifications:

• Previous office experience is a plus!

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
