Program Director

PROGRAM DIRECTOR: The Program Director provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for instructional programs and support services, ensuring alignment with district goals, regulatory requirements, and workforce standards. This role drives program quality, student success, and organizational effectiveness through the development, implementation, and evaluation of competency-based instruction, while fostering collaboration across internal stakeholders, external partners, and state agencies.
