Established 100+ Years Premier Firm Seeking Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney for Complex Commercial Litigation in New York, NY

An established firm based in New York, NY with over 100 years in practice is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 3 to 5+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This attorney will have hands-on experience handling complex commercial litigation matters, including intellectual property-related disputes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters.

Salary range: $180,000-$220,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
Active admission to the New York State Bar is required
3 to 5+ years of litigation experience with a focus on complex commercial matters
Exceptional legal writing and research skills are essential
Familiarity with intellectual property law is a plus
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
Experience managing litigation files from inception through resolution

Responsibilities:
Handle complex commercial litigation matters across all stages of the litigation lifecycle
Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other court filings
Support senior attorneys in case strategy and trial preparation
Review and analyze relevant documents and evidence in connection with active matters
Engage with clients and opposing counsel in a professional and effective manner
Apply knowledge of intellectual property law where relevant to ongoing matters
