Personal Care Attendant / Caregiver

Generations Personal Care Service is a licensed Indiana Personal Services Agency (PSA) hiring compassionate, reliable caregivers to serve clients in their homes throughout Indianapolis and surrounding areas.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Support transfers, ambulation, and mobility
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
• Provide companionship and client supervision
• Remind clients to self-administer medications (no administration)
• Transport clients to non-medical appointments and activities
• Complete accurate visit documentation and clock in/out via Sandata EVV app on every visit
• Report any changes in client condition to your supervisor same day

REQUIREMENTS

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or must obtain before first client visit)
• Must pass expanded criminal history background check
• Must complete TB screening before first visit and annually
• Must pass our Caregiver Competency Skills Test (80% minimum) before first client contact

WHAT WE OFFER

• Competitive hourly pay — bi-weekly
• Direct deposit or pay card
• Overtime paid at 1.5x for hours over 40/week
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available
