Construction supervisor - concrete

Must have the right to work in New Zealand to apply                       About the Role: * Supervise formwork, reinforcement & concrete construction * Lead foremen, trades teams & subcontractors * Plan and coordinate daily site operations and sequencing * Manage foundations, slabs, walls & structural concrete * Coordinate plant, materials & subcontractors * Liaise with contractors, engineers & consultants * Oversee QA, compliance & project documentation * Monitor productivity and manage multiple work fronts * Support civil works including drainage, piling & earthworks                           What We're Looking For: * 5+ years construction supervisory experience * Strong background in commercial formwork & concrete * Experience with foundations, slabs & structural builds * Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications * Strong understanding of construction sequencing * Proven leadership managing teams and subcontractors * Excellent planning and organisational skills * Strong focus on safety, quality & productivity * Full driver's license * Willingness to travel when required                               Requirements: * Able to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test * Physically fit and capable of site-based work * Legal right to work in New Zealand * Site Safe (preferred but not essential)                                  What's in it for you? * Competitive pay ($32-$42/hr based on experience) * Guaranteed minimum 30 hours (45-55 hours typical) * Long-term, ongoing work * Opportunity to lead major commercial projects * Performance-based incentives * Training & development opportunities * Travel, accommodation & allowances provided * Supportive team and strong company culture                           Why Join ExtraStaff?
