American Fire BBQ & Grilling Supply is one of Kansas City’s go-to destinations for BBQ and outdoor cooking gear. We sell premium grills, smokers, accessories, rubs, sauces, and more. We are not your average retail store — we love what we sell and it shows.

The Role

We are hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Lee’s Summit. You do not need to be a pitmaster on day one. If you are friendly, reliable, and willing to learn, we will teach you everything else.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Learn our product lineup and help customers find the right gear for their needs
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and well-organized
• Support the store manager with day-to-day tasks

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with all kinds of customers
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Interest in BBQ, grilling, or outdoor cooking is a plus but not required
• Must be available for a full-time schedule including some weekends
