Purpose:

BMW of Schererville is seeking an experienced certified or Master level technician with up to a 12K signing bonus! Booming area, low cost of living, low taxes, and 30 miles to the Chicago area. Located in the Northwest corner of the state of Indiana. Have the qualifications? Apply today.

Responsibilities

Ongoing Training (OEM Certifications)
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Performing work with efficiency and accordance with BMW of Schererville and OEM policy
Proficient use of an electronic multipoint inspection
Quality Control
100% Fixed Right First Time
Test drive vehicle
Effective communication with Service Advisor
Video multi point inspections
Meets or exceeds established CSI score targets

Qualifications

Ability to learn and utilize diagnostic tools and special equipment
Experience in dealership operating systems
