HoReCa NYC is a full-service construction and remodeling company specializing in premium hospitality and commercial spaces across New York City, Chicago, and Miami. We partner with clients at every stage of their journey, from initial concept to fully operational business, delivering comprehensive solutions that include architecture and design, permitting, construction, mechanical engineering, and custom millwork.

Position Overview

As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving consistent revenue growth while strengthening our presence in key markets. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in managing high-value deals, along with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that support business expansion.

It’s a full-time position with on-site visits and travel as needed, depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive achievement of an annual quota and quarterly sales targets across the company.
  • Improve sales performance and refine the operations of the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, and play an active role in closing high-value deals.
  • Drive CRM discipline, sales reporting, and forecasting accuracy across the team.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to improve performance and strengthen the company’s positioning.
  • Lead, develop and coach a growing sales team aligned with company goals and culture.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of progressive sales leadership experience with a proven track record in high-value B2B deals
  • Strong organizational skills. Ability to lead, coach and scale sales teams across multiple regions.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and C-level communication skills.
  • Proficiency with GoHighLevel CRM, Microsoft Word, and Google Workspace.
