• Run a full recruiting desk from first conversation to offer acceptance
• Partner with companies on hiring strategy
• Develop long-term relationships that drive repeat business
• What We’re Looking For
• 0–5 years of experience (sales, marketing, custom service, recruiting, athletics, leadership all count)
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable starting conversations
• Curious about business and how companies grow
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
