Are you an experienced Unit Manager/ADON/Nurse Manager (RN) with a background in Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care looking for your next interim leadership assignment? Midwest Clinical Resource (MCR) is partnering with a respected Minnesota facility seeking a confident, hands-on Interim DON to lead clinical operations and support staff during a transitional period. Previous DON experience isn't required! MN RN license required or willingness to obtain through endorsement process.

60-day contract. Mon-Fri schedule with some on-call requirements. Start ASAP!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership to nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and clinical workflows
• Support quality assurance, patient safety, and resident satisfaction
• Serve as a strong, visible leader during the interim period

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous Director of Nursing experience REQUIRED
• SNF/LTC experience REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey readiness
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to step in quickly and lead with confidence
