Remote Customer Service - Iowa Residents Only

Are you a people-first communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to support dental insurance members and providers remotely — helping them navigate benefits, resolve inquiries, and access the care they need. You’ll handle interactions via phone, email, web portal, and chat as part of a team that values accountability, accuracy, and genuine customer care. This is a 3-month contract with performance-based extension potential. Must be a current Iowa resident. You’ll need: • High school diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of customer service experience (Any type of customer service is accepted) • Ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously Pay rate is $18/ hour. Various shifts available: Monday–Friday, between the hours of 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST. If this sounds like the right fit, we’d love to connect!

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Assist providers by resolving coordination of benefits inquiries.
• Interpret and communicate accurate insurance coverage.
• Thoroughly and completely document all customer interactions.
• Educates customers and dental professionals on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations.
• Provides direction on the usage and benefits of self-service tools. 
• Assist members in gaining access to care by locating a network dentist or assignment to a primary care dentist.
• Responds to customer inquiries courteously and professionally.
