salary: $57,000 - $62,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Execute complex mechanical and electromechanical subassemblies by interpreting technical drawings, bills of material (BOM), and work instructions with high accuracy.
• Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialized fixtures to perform bench and line assembly while ensuring the correct fit, alignment, and function of all components.
• Maintain rigorous workmanship standards by performing self-inspections and functional testing, accurately documenting results in production travelers and routers.
• Proactively identify and report nonconforming materials or process bottlenecks, ensuring all assembly issues are addressed to maintain strict production schedules and quality benchmarks.
• Contribute to operational excellence by providing feedback on tooling and workflows, actively supporting initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and overall production delivery.
