Tabulae Eyewear is looking for a motivated, personable, and style-driven individual to join our growing team. We are a modern, independent eyewear brand focused on high-quality frames, custom lenses, and an elevated customer experience.

Who we’re looking for:

Someone with optical experience (optician or strong sales background in eyewear)

Trainable and eager to grow within the brand

Bubbly, friendly personality with strong people skills

A natural seller who can confidently convert walk-ins into customers

Detail-oriented and capable of running day-to-day store operations

Capable to multitask with multiple clients and duties required to maintain easy flow in the shop.

Salary

Part-Time or Full-Time Opportunity
$22–$30/ hour (based on experience) + commission
Optical experience required

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with frame styling and lens recommendations

Drive sales and deliver a high-conversion retail experience

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store

Handle basic optical tasks and learn in-house processes

Provide exceptional, personalized customer service
