Position Overview

We are hiring reliable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care to clients in the Chardon area. This role focuses on helping individuals remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home.

What You’ll Do

· Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

· Provide companionship and emotional support

· Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping

· Support mobility, transfers, and daily routines

· Provide medication reminders (non-clinical)

· Monitor and report changes in condition

· Maintain accurate documentation

Schedule

· Full-time and part-time available

· Friday 6:30AM - 9:30AM

· Saturday and Sunday 8:00AM - 12:PM and 7:00PM - 11:00PM

Pay

· $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

· (Based on experience and certification)

Requirements

· High school diploma or GED

· HHA certification required (STNA preferred)

· Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation

· Ability to pass background check and drug screening

· Reliable and consistent attendance

Preferred

· Previous caregiving or home health experience
