Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care ($128,000 + $25K Bonus) + Benefits

Location: Wrangell, Alaska
Shift: Night Shift (Full-Time)

Mandatory Requirements to Apply

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Alaska preferred or willing to obtain before start)
• Minimum 1–2 years of RN experience (LTC / SNF preferred)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Ability to supervise LPNs, CNAs, and support staff
• Strong skills in patient assessment, wound care, and medication administration

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care setting
• Perform patient assessments, care planning, and documentation
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, CNAs, and support staff
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards

Bonus & Benefits + Salary

• Salary: $99,000 – $128,000 per year
• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
• Relocation Bonus: $10,000
