Project Manager - Construction

This Project Manager opportunity offers the chance to take full ownership of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll play a key role in driving performance, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget.

As a Project Manager you will:

• Manage project budgets and financial performance, including cost control, forecasting, and ensuring profitability targets are achieved
• Collaborate closely with field leadership, ensuring alignment between office strategy and on-site execution
• Play a key role in preconstruction activities, including budgeting, value engineering, and constructability reviews

Requirements of this Project Manager role:

• 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role on commercial projects up to $50M
• Degree in industry related field
• Familiarity with industry software and an understanding of construction processes and principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage purchasing reports, submittals, project schedules, and field logistics
• Manage meeting minutes, RFIs, change orders and project logs
• Participate in pre-bid/pre-construction meetings and post-project analyses
