General Laborer

Now Hiring: Outside General Laborer | South Metro

Location: South Metro, MN
Position: Full-Time | Outdoor General Labor
Pay: Competitive – Based on Experience
Start Date: Immediate

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with experience in landscaping, hardscaping to join our growing team. If you take pride in working outdoors, getting your hands dirty, and being part of a team that builds and transforms spaces—this is the job for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform hands-on labor outdoors on residential and commercial sites
• Assist with landscaping and hardscaping installs (retaining walls, pavers, edging, etc.)
• Operate small machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely
• Load, unload, and stage materials and tools daily
• Support lead installers or foremen as needed
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

Ideal Background:

• Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, construction labor, or general labor
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to/from South Metro job sites
• Punctual, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience with skid steers, compactors, or other small equipment
• Knowledge of landscape design, grading, or irrigation
• A background in union labor or larger construction crews
