Responsible for over 50 global markets within the Kiwifruit sector, our client is on the hunt for 8 suitably skilled Quality Controllers (Assessors). Working onsite at a variety of packhouses throughout the Bay of Plenty, you will be responsible for ensuring all fruit is of the highest quality for export. You’ll have an amazing eye for detail and feel comfortable offering support while working alongside packhouse team members and management alike! Make no mistake… This is a vital role whereby it’s up to you whether the fruit makes it to market! What you’ll be doing: * Checking fruit quality with precision and care * Working closely with packhouse teams and management * Supporting quality standards from start to finish * Travelling between local BOP packhouse sites What we’re looking for: * Available 5 days a week (including one rostered weekend day) * Experience in kiwifruit or similar? Great—but not essential! * Comfortable travelling between sites * Solid computer skills * A seriously amazing eye for detail (This is a MUST👀) * Confident communicator across all levels * Proud to represent a top NZ brand! You’ll thrive if you are: * A quick learner who picks things up fast * Great at writing clear, accurate reports * Able to follow quality systems to the letter * Holding a Full NZ Driver’s License * Familiar with Microsoft Office package * Flexible to work 8am or 12pm starts (8-hour shifts) * Able to pass a drug test * Reliable.
