We are a growing, patient-focused dental practice in Denver seeking a strong Operations Manager to lead our team and help take the practice to the next level.
About the Role
As Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind daily operations. You will lead and develop the team, improve workflows, increase efficiency, and help ensure every patient receives an outstanding experience.
This is a true leadership role — not a front desk or scheduling position. The focus is on building systems, holding the team accountable, and keeping the practice running smoothly through strong people leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the full team, including front desk, dental assistants, hygienists, and treatment coordinators
- Oversee daily operations and patient flow to maximize efficiency and production
- Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff training
- Monitor schedule performance, capacity, and key practice metrics
- Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture
- Partner closely with the doctor(s) to execute practice goals and strategic initiatives
- Manage administrative functions, including payroll, supplies, inventory, and reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and overall efficiency
- Ensure exceptional patient service standards are consistently met
What We’re Looking For
- Previous leadership or operations experience in a dental practice strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High energy, positive attitude, and solutions-focused mindset
- Experience with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or OpenDental is a plus
- Someone who takes ownership, thinks like a business partner, and enjoys building systems
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary
- Health, dental, and vision benefits
- Paid time off and holidays
- 401(k) plan
- Professional development and leadership training opportunities
- Supportive environment where your ideas and impact are valued
